Bed & Breakfast Terms and Conditions

PAYMENT

A valid credit/debit card number is required to secure the room, no payment is withdrawn until arrival unless a default on our cancellation policy occurs.
We accept cash and most major credit cards (for which a small charge is made,no charge is made for debit cards.)Full payment is requested on arrival. All subject to acknowledgement of my cancellation policy.
PRICES
The prices featured in our Brochure and on our Web Site are per room per night. These prices include accommodation as per the specified room inclusive of breakfast & all usual amenities.
Arrival and Departure
Your room will be available by 3pm on your specified day of arrival (earlier by prior arrangement) and on your day of departure we would ask that you vacate your room by 10.00am.
LOST KEYS
Lost keys will be charged at the rate of £10 per key.
AMENDMENTS
If you wish to make an amendment to your booking, you should contact us immediately and we will do everything we can to accommodate you.
CANCELLATION
If for any reason you find it necessary to cancel your booking then please contact us on tel: 01359 234968. For bookings of 1 -3 nights there will be no cancellation charge if you cancel your booking within 48 hours of the scheduled check-in time on the date of arrival, however after this time or in the case of a no-show a charge equivalent to the cost of 1 nights accommodation for each room booked will be levied.(For bookings of 3 nights plus 5 days notice of cancellation is required)
We reserve the right to terminate your booking immediately without being liable for any refund or compensation where you engage in unacceptable behaviour that causes a disturbance or nuisance to other guests.
DAMAGES
Please take care with our accommodation. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damage which you may cause to the accommodation or its contents. Please report these as soon as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may send you an invoice for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant and we have not been advised.

INSURANCE
We strongly advise you to take out insurance to cover the cost of cancellation and other risks including personal accident and personal public liability.
We regret we are unable to accept pets.
Fen House is a NON SMOKING Bed and Breakfast.
IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM
In the unlikely event that you have a problem during your stay, you must bring it to the attention of the management at the time to ensure that we have an opportunity to rectify it.
